How To Make Money On Section 8 Rentals

I have been buying and selling section 8 rentals for the pass 10 years. I am now passing my knowlegde on to you. On this blog will find home below value homes in need of rehab.
Example of deal:
Pruchase price   $10,000
Rehab cost $15,000
After repair value  $85,000
I sell to end investor of 75% of $85,000 = $65,000
$65,000 - closing cost $10,000 $55,000 - $30,000 = $25,000 profit minus cash back to investor $5,000 - $10,000
profit $20,000 per deal -- My fee $2000 per deal.

To qualify 640 credit score / w2 and or tax returns
